REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JULY 19, 2019
PURPOSE OF THE EVENT:
Fund an annual scholarship program to a deserving senior(s) within the WBASD. Owen was a member of the WBASD school board for 16 years.
Create a memorial honoring Owen’s commitment to recreation, athletics, and community at the newly named Owen J. Costello Way at the Coal Street Park Complex.
Assist and support the amateur athletes that compete in the annual Keystone Games Festival of Sports which Owen was CEO of for 32 years.
FORMAT: CAPTAIN AND CREW
REGISTRATION: 12PM
Refreshments will be available during the registration time for participants
SHOTGUN START: 1PM
Lite lunch during registration with dinner and awards Ceremony at the completion of golf (open bar available for 1 hour at the conclusion of golf)
Cost - $100 per golfer ($400 per foursome) Registration includes, green fees, cart, registration gift, lunch, dinner and refreshments and chances to win a variety of prizes - This year’s sponsorship and donation contributions will go towards an annual scholarship program for WBASD students, funding of a memorial at Owen J Costello Way at the Coal Street Complex, and support amateur athletes of the Keystone State Games.
Sponsorship Opportunities - Sponsorship and donation contributions will reach far beyond the borders of the Wilkes-Barre Area as this year's donation will be to amateur athletes of the Keystone State Games. Sponsors will be recognized in tournament program, website, facebook, twitter, & Eblast to 18,000 KSG participants!
Premier Sponsor - $3000 - individual event signage, 4 complimentary tournament entry fees (one team), full page ad or back cover ad in tournament program (pending), linked logo on website.
Keystone Sponsor - $1500 - individual event signage, 2 complimentary tournament entry fees (1/2 team), regular full-page ad in tournament program, logo on website.
Commonwealth Sponsor - $500 - commonwealth event group signage, half-page ad in tournament program, logo on website.
Blue Sponsor - $250 - blue event group signage, quarter ad in tournament program, name on website.
Yellow Sponsor - $100 - yellow event group signage, recognition in tournament program, name on website.
