Eligibility: Athletes from ALL STATES are eligible to compete
Max Number of Participants: 90
Divisions: Male and Female Athletes
Age Divisions:
Youth Division: 16 and under
Open Division: 17-39 (sub divisions will be created if necessary)
Masters Division 40+ (sub divisions will be created if necessary)
Format:
8am-11:30am WOD #1:
Sinclair Total is calculated by taking an athlete’s total (combined max snatch and clean & jerk) and multiplying that number by the Sinclair Coefficient ( the number used to represent an athlete’s bodyweight, and the variable is the athlete’s weightlifting total)
Sinclair Total may be calculated from the Keystone Games Weightlifting Championship held on the 29th. If you choose this option you do not need to participate in this portion of the Keystone Games Throwdown.

9:45am- 11:30 am - establish 1 RM Clean & Jerk

Cancellation Policy: If the competition is held, as scheduled or rescheduled, there is no refund of the registration/finals fee. The option is the individual’s or team’s as to whether to compete or not. If the competition is cancelled, and not rescheduled, and there is no opportunity for the individual or team to compete, then there may be a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
This policy is for all Keystone State Games and Premier Amateur Sports sporting events. Any person who wishes to apply for a refund must complete the following link below - refund considerations may require additional paperwork and will be reviewed after the completion of the competition.
